Nice work - you have retain depth of tone through the mono conversion well, and the composition is nice with the tall building leading my eye nicely to the sky after I've taken in the buildings.
The only real imporvement for me would be if you had been able to frame the image without the bit of bridge where you were standing in it, but others may well like this!
